Sophie & Rachel will guide you through a beautiful day of holistic practices & workshops designed to awaken your creativity and refresh in preparation for the New Year. Cacao Ceremony Angel Card Reading Gentle Movement & Breathwork Vision Board Workshop Light Refreshments Meditation & Journaling Holistic Session + Sound Bath with @slanu_wellbeing Closing Circle What to bring along? 📖 Please bring along your journal, a yoga mat, a blanket/ pillow and an open heart 🤍

I appreciate circumstances may change at any given time, so should you need to reschedule I will try my best to accomodate this. If you would like to cancel a service please let me know as soon as possible so I can plan ahead. For block bookings such as birth preparation classes or postpartum support I will require a small non-refundable deposit to secure your dates.
