Service Description
Doula Power Hour A one-off support session for parents who need a little extra guidance, reassurance or space to talk things through. Whether you’ve come away from an appointment feeling overwhelmed, are exploring your birth options, planning a VBAC, preparing for postpartum, or simply don’t know where to start with a particular topic, this session is tailored entirely to you. Together we’ll explore your questions, discuss relevant evidence and information, and help you feel more informed, confident and supported in your decision-making. Includes: • 60-minute virtual session • Personalised support and guidance • Follow-up email with key resources and information Because you don’t have to navigate pregnancy, birth or postpartum alone. £60
Cancellation Policy
I appreciate circumstances may change at any given time, so should you need to reschedule I will try my best to accomodate this. If you would like to cancel a service please let me know as soon as possible so I can plan ahead. For block bookings such as birth preparation classes or postpartum support I will require a small non-refundable deposit to secure your dates.
