Refund Policy

I understand that plans can sometimes change. Please read the following before making your booking.

• Payments for classes, workshops and services are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

• If I need to cancel a session, you will be offered an alternative date, credit, or a full refund where appropriate.

• Refunds or transfers due to exceptional circumstances are considered at my discretion.

• Birth doula bookings, postpartum support and baby classes are subject to their own detailed booking terms and cancellation policies, which will be provided at the time of booking.

• By completing your booking, you agree to the relevant booking terms and conditions for the service you have chosen.
